Welcome to True North Therapy, I am Dr. Diane Hoekstra.

I am a seasoned therapist who combines traditional talk therapy with Somatic Psychotherapy and Intuitive work.

I work best with clients who are seeking healing and growth and are open to different ways of understanding our human experience.

With a client's consent, I invite spiritual exploration and development of their own intuition. My goal is to help clients become aware of their internal experience, make the changes they want to make in their lives and to listen deeply to their own wisdom.  I believe we live in a coherent universe that is supporting us and that we are here to learn, heal, grow and be who we are meant to be at our core.
